anna software package provides annas not nearly apt, but for the Debian installer, it will do, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install anna
anna is installed in your system.
Make ensure the anna package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep anna *
You will get with anna package name, version, architecture and description in a table
